OVERVIEW OF RTP 120
 

All current “Firefly” Fire Pumps of LP & MP Series, up to 2000 to 4000 L/min ranges of pumps can be fitted with a “Round–the-pump” Foam System (RTP) capable of inducing up to 120 liters per minute of foam compound into the pump. The system is compact and self-contained and is mounted on the pump suction tube and volute.
 
 Salient features of this product are :

The system is suitable for all commercially-available Protein, Fluoro protein and Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) compounds.
•
Controlled induction rate by an infinitely variable control knob with calibrated incremental markings from 0 to 120 LPM.
•
To avoid potential corrosion problems, the foam system is available in materials compatible with that of the main pump.
•
Foam compound can be supplied to the inductor from two main sources – a foam canister tank or a vehicle mounted foam tank.

Very simple to operate & maintenance free as there is no moving parts
