A whole new 'E-Primatic' priming system is now a standard feature on all 'Firefly' series pumps. It is a horizontal twin piston reciprocating type primer The system has several add on features like -
Fully Automatic - Requires No attention of Operator
Highly reliable - Primer is actuated by Electromagnetic Clutch & Cut off by Pressure Sensing device on discharge manifold at 0.8 BAR
Very Rapid - From 7 meters within 24 Seconds with 100 mm suction hose & within 36 seconds with 140 mm suction hose at NTP conditions.
Recommended Priming Speed - 2500 RPM
The entire priming system is made in corrosion free stainless steel material
Very low wear & tear enhances the life expectancy of pump & reduced maintenance cost
Option of Manual and Auto priming is available

Firefly can offer OEM fitted pump mounting platforms for proper mounting of Fire Pumps on Fire Pumps on fire tenders
Isolates Fire Pumps from all chassis vibration

All Firefly pumps can be equipped with Modular suction manifolds.
We have variety of suction manifolds for different type of models.
Suction Manifolds available in different material to suit your requirement - Aluminum Alloy, Gunmetal, Stainless Steel.
Each manifold has sufficiently sized Flanged or threaded connection to intake from tank.
As standard all manifolds comes with British Standard Round threads with Stainless Steel cap but other type couplings can also be supplied.
Custom made fabricated suction manifolds as per drawing can also be supplied.

All pump pressures like discharge pressure, vacuum etc. are digitally displayed.
Digital pump RPM meter.
Digital pump running hour meter, allows you to carry out scheduled maintenance work of pump & PTO at right intervals.
Pump oil temperature indicator with high temperature audio & video alarm.
Illuminated keys for Auto & Manual priming mode selection.
Auto prevention for use of primer above 2500 RPM.
Emergency bell key on panel.
Auxiliary display unit can be fitted in driver's cabin if required.

Compact LED Illuminated Water / Foam Tank Level Indicators
Audio/ Video signal is given once water/foam tank level is below 25% of total volume which help to avoid dry running of the Fire Pumps.
